Papel al viento
Paper to the wind

Things happen, and recently I had the opportunity of writing an actual letter.

Such a long time since I last did it! Do you remember the process? The choice of a quality paper, the pen that sounds better when running on white, the vibration of its texture, the irreversible choice of every word, the tracing of every letter with care, decision and love…

The foldings to fit the envelope, the permanent closing of it, the placing of the stamps, the writing of address and sender…

How long has been since you last sent a letter? I encourage you to think of that beloved person, that friend to whom you owe so much, that distant relative or maybe the closest person in your life… and to surprise them with a mailed letter. Maybe, this way, one day you will receive one. Do you remember that feeling, too?
